An Eprom (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) is a memory chip with a small quartz window that can only be erased by exposing it to strong UV light.
The window also reveals the sparkley innards of the silicon chip making it a nice jewelry.
The Eprom is attached to a steel cable that closes with a magnetic closure in the back.
